In October T&P Consultant Pennie Evans started managing the roll out of our Career Conversations workshops for all 500 of the Bank of England’s managers.  The materials, designed specifically for the Bank, enable managers to quickly get to the root of which of 6 Career Conversations to have with their staff.  Managers can also provide their team members with excellent materials which they can use to build and implement their own personal, self-directed career plan to find and pursue internal career opportunities.
