Talent & Potential was formed in January 2005, and focuses specifically on helping organisations retain, develop and get maximum value from their talented people.

Whether it is a potential model to drive your talent process, or a set of cards to structure a development discussion, we deliver excellent design that reinforces the kind of flexible, intelligent, self-directed behaviour you need.  Clients use us to challenge accepted practice, innovate, and solve problems where there is no ‘off-the-shelf’ solution available.
